I finally gave the finishing touches to all my WWII related sprites. The sheet is in actionscript 3.0, for those that cannot use 3.0 I've also uploaded a .sfw file version of the sheet, each are attached bellow at the bottom of this post.
Included in this sheet:
US Army Soldiers
SS Soldiers
Wehrmacht Soldiers
Gestapo Officers
DAK Soldiers
weapons for each rank, division, and nationality on the appropriate frames

If you use any of the sprites in here, be sure to correctly credit the original owner(s)
Have fun, and happy animating!

In case anyone was somehow wondering what my lazy ass was doing, I was struggling with either Chem homework, or figuring out how to make half-decent Spangenhelm sprites. But I did it, somehow.
With this, maybe I can bang out some Viking and crusader sprites. Now to figure out how to make good maille sprites...

Eg skal pule deg med øksa!
So I've been listening to more Viking metal lately, that's got me in a viking mindset. So I started making viking sprites.
I've only got the heads, feet, Skjoldr (3 color combos, and one design), Sverd, Seax and two variants of øks ready. The spyd, bodies, and hjelmer (Gjermundbu and nasal, redone) will come later
I also had to make a new set of hands for the Skjold in the pic.
So get ready to rape and pillage, with this brutal pack!

My Cassette obsession seems to be bleeding over into the sprites I make. So far I've knocked out an early 80s TDK D-C90 and a mixtape to go with. With each cassette I make a sprite for, I'll include a mixtape. Genre and number decided at random. Only 2 angles so far, more will be made in the future.
OC dude added for a visual size refference. Hope I got the scale right.

Lightly armoured, and heavily armed, grunts are trained with polearms and blunt weapons in combat, and in using crossbows from castle battlements. They wear gambesons most of the time under their surcoat, ocaisionally one will have a mail hauberk. all of them wear a leather collar for neck and shoulder protection. Grunts can be seen sporting any type of helmet.
Spears, polaxes, halberds, macess, and more helmets coming soon.

Here is the first edition of my DAK Soldaten. The only things that I failed to get done in time was dust goggles and pith helms, which will be done shortly. Wanted to at least get them out before the summer was up.
Just a heads up, this sheet is in AS3.0 format. The only flash I have is Flash Pro CC, and I can't save sheets in AS2.0. If you can't open an AS3.0 then here is a .swf version instead.
Now, on to the extra gubbins
The Messer, the civilian equiveland of the Falchion, and the SKS. the Commie rifle that saw limited service in WW2.
